Bridge Cave Workshop

This workshop will be run at Bridge Cave and will be focused on geology, group management and hidden gems in Bridge Cave. Please come along and see what extras you can do in this cave and share your ideas and with others. Juliet will take you around the cave and show you what is hiding away and what else can be used in there to bring that extra bit to your sessions. Please meet Juliet at the entrance to Bridge cave at 18:30 sharp ready to go.

Cost £15 per person.

Booking:

Attendees must be either Full/Associate Individual Members or staff from Full/Associate Corporate Members or Supporters. Credentials will be checked on booking.

This session will be run at Porth Yr Ogof and Gary Evans will be there to show you some hidden gems and extra special areas in the cave. This session will also look at fossils and cave life. Come and share you ideas and see what else is waiting to be found.

Gower Climbing Workshop

Three Cliffs - a guide for instructors

This workshop will look at making best use of coastal areas,  like Three Cliffs Bay, for rock climbing sessions with groups.

If plan A is your only plan then lots can get in the way; weather, tide, group ability and other people. Learn more about what's on offer on this beautiful and popular section of coast, and the transferable skills of identifying the right venue for your day.

The day will be facilitated by Matt Woodfield, Mountaineering Instructor, technical advisor, local guidebook author and super keen climber.

Who's it for: Anyone involved in delivering climbing sessions on the coast.

Bring: Your instructor climbing kit, helmet, harness and cows-tail. Come dressed for conditions on the day.
